Held on the first Saturday in December at 2:00pm, the traditional Town of Cleveland Christmas Parade is a time of family gatherings, renewing old friendships, and of course, welcoming Christmas — the small-town way, with plenty of horses, dogs, and kids, church floats, big trucks, bicycles, and candy.
You name it, and you will probably find it in the Town of Cleveland Christmas Parade, now a mainstay for 50 years. The Scouts held the parade its first year, and it was picked up by the Cleveland Lions Club the second year and continues as a Lions Club community event.
