Better Jobs for Better Lives. The Rowan community provides a manufacturing workforce with customized workforce training programs to support regional business growth and retention. Implemented by Rowan County leadership and economic development teams, onsite and customized training for individual employers’ needs is provided by Mitchell Community College and Rowan Cabarrus Community College.
